'Kay' is short-form for the word 'Okay', see? ｗｗ
It's not that hard, since I'm familiar with your speech patterns already, I can guess what your context means, and what word to translate to. For example, in a 'troublesome child', I can guess who you're talking about because you frequently use ＸＸ的孩子 in Chinese XDDD

For instance: Chinese--sometimes combined with composition--, Math, History, Geography, Citizen, English, and sometimes even test Physical Education and Health Education!!
